除了安全生產,孫暉銓也著重人材管理。他說:「我們發現 傳統由上而下的三角形組織架構窒礙溝通,所以我們企業組 成了十個行動小組,每個小組需定期完成單一的特定目標, 例如控制不良率、非訂單庫存、每日準時交貨率等,而目標 的達成表現會直接影響員工所給分發的花紅。計劃推出後不 但使企業運作更順暢,亦令員工在執行職務時更具自覺性, 流失率亦大大減低。」孫暉銓又表示,只有做好人材管理, 減少人材流失,企業才可利用市場機遇來推動企展發展。「 有了穩定的團隊,加上政府政策對工業技術升級的支持,企 業可運用新技術有計劃地邁向自有品牌生產 (OBM) 和原始設 計製造 (ODM) ,展開彈性、個人化和自動化的生產,實現企 業的升級轉型,突破發展樽頸。」他補充說。 Personnel Management to Upgrade Corporate Operation 人材管理助企業升級 Mr Suen also mentions about personnel management. He says, “We have discovered that the traditional triangular organisational chart holds communication back, so we form ten action teams. Each of the team is assigned with a single goal, for example, controlling defect rate, non-ordered inventory and punctual delivery etc. The goal-reaching performance is directly tied to the bonus calculation of all staff. The scheme has not only smoothens our operation, but also enhanced the spontaneousness of staff and reduced brain drain.” Mr Suen also mentions that a corporate can tap into an opportunity to drive further development as long as it possesses an effective personnel management system and brain drain control. “With a stable team backed by supportive policy on industrial innovation, corporates can strive to develop original brandmanufacturer (OBM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) with new technology as well as breaking through the developmental bottleneck and upgrading a corporate by engaging in flexible,customised,and automatedmanufacturing.” This series of interviews is one of the key deliverables under the funding project titled ‘Hong Kong Automation Industry – Promote the branding of“Hong Kong Automation”and assisting industry players to explore the industrial automation market in China’,which is funded by“Dedicated Fund on Branding,Upgrading and Domestic Sales”(Organisation Support Programme) of the HKSAR Government. 是次專題系列是「香港自動化行業 — 在內地推廣『香港自動化』品牌及協助業界拓展工業自動化市場」的其中一個項目成果, 此項目由香港特別行政區政府「發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專項基金」(機構支援計劃)撥款資助。 More details 更多詳情 18 Industry News 行業資訊
