在食品加工製造方面，生產力局亦積極參與研究食品高壓處理 技術 (High-pressure Processing ，簡稱 HPP) 。該技術在常溫下利 用超高壓殺菌，無需添加防腐劑，亦能有效延長包裝食物的保 質期，保持食品的味道和營養價值。這種創新技術可以提升產 品的附加值，增加賣點，並且能塑造更正面的品牌形象，擴大 目標客戶群，長遠更能改善人類的生活環境和質素。 In food processing, HKPC has engaged in the development of a High Pressure Food Processing System which utilises ultra-high pressure at room temperature for food sterilisation and to extend its shelf life without additives and preservatives, while maintaining its taste and nutrition. It is a promising opportunity for increase in product value, brand development, business growth and improvement of our living standard and environment. Looking into the Future of Smart Industry 智能製造展望將來 Also acting as the bridge between different businesses and industries, HKPC collaborated with the industry in launching the ‘Hong Kong Foundation IndustryTowards Industry 4.0 Deployment Project’ which assists the industry to formulate short-to-mid- term strategic mapping for upgrade. Activities include forums, information-providing website and development of a 'Practical Implementation Guideline’, enabling companies with plans to upgrade to Industry 4.0 to understand the strategic directions and deployment tactics involved. With plans to launch a number of initiatives in 2018, HKPC intends to lead in smart industry by showing examples of applications in various sectors. These moves include the launch of the Smart Industry Consortium and Industry 4.0 Invention Centre; the introduction of new Industry 4.0 assessment schemes for printing, auto parts and watch industries and programme on Logistics 4.0 promotion; as well as organising an international conference on smart data analysis. ‘We strive to innovate,but do not just catch up for the sake of it.’ Mr Lin concludes with the visible trends that bigger corporations improve efficiency through automation, while companies with imagination move towards customisation and delivering experience to add value to their offerings. HKPC will continue to play the key role in providing information, introducing technology and supporting the industry to head towards smart manufacturing. 最近生產力局更聯同業界開展「香港基礎工業邁進『工業 4.0 』 部署計劃」，協助基礎工業制訂中短期策略性升級藍圖。內容包 括研討會、資訊網站及編制《工業 4.0 的行業推行指南》，讓有 意升級至「工業 4.0 」的企業，對「工業 4.0 」推行方向和執行策 略有更清晰的認識。 在 2018 年，生產力局更計劃成立「智能產業聯盟」 (Smart Industry Consortium) 及「 i4.0 創新中心」；推出「印刷、汽車零部件及鐘 錶產業 – i4.0 分析評估計劃」及「物流 4.0 推廣及產業提升計劃」 ；以及舉辦「工業 4.0 智能數據分析應用關注國際會議」。 「我們尋求創新，但不是『為追而追』」林主席總結，大企業通 過自動化來追求更高效率，有想像力的企業追求個性化、體驗化 以提高產品價值，都是大勢所趨。生產力局會繼續扮演提供訊 息、引入技術和支援業界的角色，引領業界走向「智能製造」。 23 Connecting Practitioners 業界專訪
