FHKI Group 32 (Hong Kong Automation Technology Council) successfully held the webinar on "Towards Software-defined Manufacturing" on 21 July 2020 (Tuesday). HKATC Vice-chairman Mr Chris Chan welcomed all participants and introduced how manufacturing industry could be supported and beneficial by software applications. Coupled with real-time and high accuracy big data, software applications also improve the flexibility of hardware to meets the diversified needs of manufacturing tasks.

Expertise from Googol Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. shared with FHKI members the technology development and application of “Software-defined Manufacturing”, such as the flow rate of cloud platform and required system installation, price of AI Enhanced Welding System, and management of wastewater treatment, etc.
