"Automation Technology for Retail Business" Seminar & Happy Hour

Group 32 (Hong Kong Kong Automation Technology Council) (“HKATC”) successfully organised  "Automation Technology for Retail Business" Seminar & Happy Hour on 30 September 2022 and attracted almost 40 participants from different industry groups.

In the seminar, Mr Kenneth Lau, Chief Executive Officer (International Business) of HKTVmall; Mr Ray Hung, Sales Director of Innovation Team Co Ltd; and Mr Houston Ho, Team Lead - Automation, Intelligence & Analytics of Tectura Hong Kong Ltd shared with participants the real-life application examples of how the retail industry could apply automation technologies in business to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction to cope with challenges and cost pressure under the pandemic.  After the seminar, participants further interacted with the speakers in the Happy Hour session.
